T&S Capital is a trading style of Code Group Ltd (company number 12909059), a company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 12-13 Lansdowne Terrace, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 1HN. T&S Capital is an introducer and makes introductions via an FCA-authorised partner.

When you submit the founder application form or the investor interest form, we collect the details you provide. For founders that is your name, work email, company name, optional company website, where you are based, your stage, how much you are raising, an optional note on how you heard about us, and a one-sentence description of your company. For investors that is your name, email, where you are based, how you describe yourself as an investor, an optional typical ticket size, an optional note, and how you heard about us. We also record that you confirmed the consent statement.

We do not ask for financial account details, identity documents, or special-category data through these forms. Please do not include them in free-text fields.

We use this information to assess your enquiry, to contact you about it, and, where appropriate, to invite you into our private portal. We do not use enquiry data for advertising and we do not sell it.

[COUNSEL TO CONFIRM] Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in assessing and responding to enquiries about our service, and, where you have asked us to follow up, taking steps at your request before any potential engagement.

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: our email provider (Resend) to send and receive correspondence, and our database and hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel) to store and serve the site. Enquiry data is held in an access-restricted database and is not exposed publicly.

[COUNSEL TO CONFIRM] Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards. The full processor list and transfer mechanisms are confirmed here before launch.

[COUNSEL TO CONFIRM] We keep enquiry data for as long as we need it to consider your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and then for a reasonable period afterwards in line with our retention policy, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
