The diligence memo
Each opportunity comes with the same memo the committee read. Founder fit, market shape, technical risk, round economics, and any open questions. No pitch deck without context.
Direct to founder
If an opportunity holds your attention, you meet the founder directly. We make the introduction and step out. The relationship is yours from there.
No bundled syndicates
You write your own cheque on your own terms. We do not run a fund, we do not pool capital, and we do not take a management fee on your investment.

Certify
UK rules require self-certification as a high-net-worth or sophisticated investor before we can show you opportunity-level information. Certification is a short form and remains valid for twelve months. We hold a record.
Review
Logged-in investors see the live shortlist with diligence memos. Each opportunity is gated by a short NDA so commercially sensitive material stays controlled.
Meet
If a deal warrants more time, we introduce you to the founder. From that point the conversation is yours, on the terms you negotiate.
Decide
The decision to invest is yours alone, made on your own assessment and your own counsel. We do not advise on terms, structure, or valuation.

- We do not give investment advice. T&S Capital is an introducer working with an FCA-authorised partner. Anything that constitutes regulated advice is the authorised partner's work, not ours.
- We do not market specific deals publicly. Opportunity-level information sits behind certification. Public pages stay educational and market-level.
- We do not take a cut of your returns. There is no management fee on your investment. Our economics are tied to successful introductions and are structured separately from your decision to back any opportunity.
