T&S Capital reviews UK pre-seed and seed opportunities and introduces approved deals to a curated network of certified investors. Apply in one short form. If we want to spend more time, we will ask for a data pack. If we do not, we will tell you why and you can reapply later.
Two stages, no pitch deck at first.
A short application
One form. Company name, sector, stage, target raise, what the money will fund, and the team. No deck required at this stage. A staff reviewer reads every application within two working days and either invites you to Stage 2 or declines with a short explanation.
Data pack
If invited, you upload a short data pack: a deck, the cap table, a one-page financial model, and any product or traction evidence. The pack has a 14-day window. We do not require an open round to start Stage 2, but we do expect you to have a clear answer to what the next 18 months look like.
Diligence and committee
We score the opportunity across founder fit, market shape, product and technical risk, round economics, and compliance. A weekly committee reviews each case in twelve minutes. The vote is pass, fail, or refer. If we refer it is because we want a specific question answered before we vote.
Introduction
If approved, we introduce the opportunity to certified investors in our network. You receive a copy of the diligence memo so you know what we said. We do not price your round, run your process, or replace your lead. We make the introduction and step back.
A small set of things, in plain terms.
Founder fit
A team that has shipped before, or has spent enough time near the problem to know it precisely. We score on track record and on the depth of reflection, not on the headline.
A market that earns the bet
Large enough or growing fast enough to support a venture outcome, but not so well-trodden that incumbents have locked in. We are happy with high technical risk if you can articulate it cleanly.
A clean round
Priced reasonably for the stage. SEIS or EIS preserved where applicable. A cap table that a follow-on lead can step into without unpicking. No exotic terms.
A specific use of capital
Tell us what each pound funds and what milestone it gets you to. The answer can be wrong later. It still has to be precise now.
Three things, so there are no surprises.
- We do not lead your round. We introduce. The lead, the price, and the term sheet are yours to negotiate with your investors.
- We do not charge you to apply. Application and diligence are free for founders. Our economics are tied to successful introductions, not to the time we spend reviewing applications.
- We do not give investment advice. We are an introducer working with an FCA-authorised partner. Any regulated advice on terms or structure should come from your own counsel.
