An introducer, in plain terms.
Founders apply through a short two-stage process. A staff reviewer reads every application and either invites the founder to a data pack or declines with an explanation. Approved opportunities go to committee. Approved committee outcomes are introduced to certified investors with the diligence memo attached. We do not run a fund. We do not pool capital. We do not price the round.

- T&S Capital is the introducer. We run the screening, diligence, and committee, and we make the introductions. We do not provide investment advice and we are not the regulated entity.
- Regulated activity sits with our FCA-authorised partner. Anything that constitutes a financial promotion or regulated advice is approved and communicated through the authorised firm.
- Public content stays educational. Research, market context, and the wire are open. Specific opportunity information is gated by HNW or sophisticated investor certification inside the client portal.
